Returns Policy
• The return of products is accepted only for products that are defective or for products that do not match the customer's order. In this case the products are replaced and the correct ones are reshipped. The costs of the return as well as the reshipment are borne by Trendy Color Cosmetics.
• In the event that there is no stock available to replace the product then Trendy Color Cosmetics will recommend alternative product suggestions or refund the cost of the product.
• Under no circumstances will a product be returned due to customer withdrawal from the original order.
• After 15 calendar days from the issuance of the document (receipt or invoice) of the order, no refund can be accepted.
• Before returning a product you must contact us in writing by email at info@trendycosmetics.gr or by phone at 2310601552 and explain your reasons for not accepting the product and returning it. An executive of our company will review your request and will contact you giving you the necessary instructions on how to accept and return the product or not accept the return.
• In the event that any of the products are damaged through the fault of the customer, the return will not be accepted
• Product which was used will only be returned if it was proven defective during use.
• The product must be packed very well and protected during shipment, with all accompanying documents.
• The product should be returned by the same courier company with which it was sent to the customer.
Cases of Service - Product Repairs
In cases where a product is covered by warranty please inform us in writing to our email info@trendycosmetics.gr about the fault and we will contact you for further instructions. The warranty period starts from the date the receipt or invoice is cut. For this reason it is necessary for the customer to keep a copy of the document that comes with the product.
You will be informed of the delivery time of the repaired product in writing or by telephone once the product has been received and the damage has been established. Until the repair of the product, the company is not obliged to replace the item with another until the repair of the product is implemented.
The repair of the product within the warranty period and any replacement of spare parts is provided free of charge if there has been no misuse of the product on the part of the customer e.g. breaking, opening of the device by an unauthorized technician etc.
The cost of transportation of the product (for any service) to and from our premises is borne by the customer.
In the event of a product being repaired outside of the warranty period, the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair.
